What we hold
We collect what an order needs and no more.
We hold a recipient’s name and address, and nothing else.
The person you send flowers to never visits this site, so they never agreed to anything with us. That makes what we hold about them the most important thing on this page, and the reason it is at the top of it.
We hold their name and address so the driver can find them, and a phone number or a delivery note only where you have given us one for that delivery. We do not add them to any list. We never write to them for our own purposes. We do not use their details for anything but the delivery you asked for, and we hold them only for as long as your account keeps them.

Your name, your email and your phone number, so we can take the order and tell you what happened to it. The addresses you save under Recipients. What you bought and when, so we can answer a question about it later.
Nothing else. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell anything to anybody.

Explicit opt-in, confirmed by email. There are no pre-ticked boxes anywhere on this site, and nobody is added because they ordered. Every message we send carries an unsubscribe that works.

In writing, at info@example.com. We have no telephone number, so a request about your data is on record for both of us.
Your rightsYour rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we answer in writing. An order we have already made and delivered stays in our records for as long as the tax and accounting rules require it, which is the one thing a deletion cannot reach.
If you think we have handled your details badly, tell us first and we will put it right. You can also complain to the data protection regulator in your country, and nothing here takes that right away.
